No-exam life insurance
Who is eligible for accelerated underwriting, how the process works, and what to expect if you qualify.
Multiple carriers provide expedited underwriting: within age and benefit ceilings, approval relies on your application, pharmacy records, driving history and other sources without a paramedical exam. Decisions sometimes arrive same-day. Each quote itemizes whether an exam is required, conditional, or unnecessary.
What it changes
Accelerated underwriting does not bypass verification. Your statements undergo scrutiny, and policies issued on false information can be challenged within two years. If carrier data surfaces concerns, they may still request an exam or labs—you choose whether to proceed.
Who tends to qualify
Generally, applicants under 60 seeking coverage within the carrier's fast-track amount ceiling, with clean health history and no recent tobacco use, qualify. Should you have recent physician lab work on file, some carriers substitute it for a paramedical exam.
If required, a paramedical examiner typically comes to your Dublin-area home or workplace for 20–30 minutes at no charge. Healthy applicants commonly see better rate classes post-exam, making it potentially beneficial.
